Dr. AQ Khan School System and College Ibrahim Campus organized Sindhi Culture Day on 5th December 2023. Dr. Dina Khan Chairperson Dr. AQ Khan School System and College Ibrahim Campus Islamabad was the chief guest of this wonderful event. Other important guests who graced the occasion include Senator Mr. Danish Kumar, Mr. Ramzan Leghari Chairman PIA Unity, Mr. Zulfikar Sheikh DGBISP, Mrs. Naheed Abbasi DDS ISEF, Mr. Altaf Azad Director Finance. SEF and many others were involved. Campus Director Mr. Nasir Iqbal extended a warm welcome to all the distinguished guests and the program formally started with the recitation of Holy Quran followed by speeches on Sindhi cultural heritage. The event continued with the characteristics of cultural diversity as renowned multi-lingual singer Dr Mubshera Hafeez sang songs in 7 different languages and students from all provinces performed beautiful dances to live songs. Mrs. Naheed Abbasi also thanked the Chairperson for taking time to attend the function. He explained the cultural diversity of the event and congratulated Mr. Nasir Iqbal for organizing such a wonderful cultural day program. He advised the students to follow the basic moral values to lead a successful life. The event concluded at 10.30 with the final speech by the chief guest of the event, Dr. Dina Khan, who addressed the students and wished them a successful life through continuous growth in the field of education. He promised to continue the mission of his late father and former chairman Dr. Abdul Qadir Khan and promised to visit the campus frequently and make himself available to the students and the campus at all times in case of any assistance required.
