Actor delighted fans by hosting a spontaneous Q&A session on Instagram

Renowned Pakistani actor Sajal Aly delighted her fans by hosting a spontaneous Q&A session on Instagram early Saturday morning. The actor, known for her exceptional performances in various TV dramas and films, expressed gratitude to her “biggest support system” – her fans. Aly candidly responded to a range of questions, offering insights into her personal life, favourite foods, upcoming projects, and even shared valuable advice on dealing with depression.

One fan urged her to collaborate more with Sheheryar Munawar, to which Sajal responded positively, revealing that they are waiting for the right script and praying for the opportunity. When asked about her favourite aspect of acting, Sajal expressed her love for the entire process – from meeting diverse characters to bringing them to life. She emphasized that the most intriguing part for her is experiencing the lives of different characters.

A question about her experience shooting for the recently released Zee5 series The Pink Shirt prompted Sajal to describe it as unbelievable and challenging. She commended the unique script and credited director Kashif Nisar and writer Bee Gul for their contributions. The actor also addressed the question of how Pakistanis can watch the show, hinting at the possibility of it being on YouTube.

 

In response to a fan seeking advice on overcoming depression, Sajal offered words of encouragement. She emphasized the importance of not giving up, reaching out to mental health professionals for support, engaging in enjoyable activities, and practicing self-compassion to maintain a positive mindset.

The actor also emphasised on the importance of patience in the face of situations that can’t be helped.

When asked about her favorite food, the What’s Love Got To Do With It? actor expressed a preference for desi dishes such as Bhindi, Biryani, and Palak Gosht.

The session concluded with Aly addressing her future projects. After playfully declaring herself as both a film and drama, she assured fans that she would be back soon, hinting at a collaboration with her favorite people and a script by her most cherished writer
