ISLAMABAD:

The Election Commission has given permission to issue promotion orders of officers of the Pakistan Administrative Service (PAS).

The Establishment Division issued a notification to actualise the promotions of officers of PAS from Grade-20 to Grade 21.

According to the notification, the promoted officers have not been transferred.
Azfar Manzoor, a member of the Special Technology Zone Authority under Cabinet Division, has been promoted to Grade-21. Manzoor has been posted as Establishment Division additional secretary.

He has also been assigned the temporary charge as the Special Technology Zone Authority chairperson.

Similarly, Sameera Samad posted in Punjab has been promoted to Grade-21.
Finance Division Joint Secretary Nishita Maryam Mohsin has been promoted to Grade-21. Nishita is now the Finance Division additional secretary.

 

Abrar Ahmad Mirza, who is posted in the Petroleum Division, has been promoted to Grade-21 and appointed as the additional secretary.

Agha Wasif Abbas and Kazim Hussain Jatoi who are posted in Sindh have been promoted to Grade-21.

Dr Ambar Ali Khan, Saad Sikandar, and Mahmood Hasan who are posted in Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa have been promoted to Grade-21.

Saeed Ramzan, Wasif Khurshid, Shakeel Ahmed Mian and Syed Haider Iqbal who are posted in Punjab have been promoted to Grade-21.

Zulfiqar Ali Shah, Khushal Khan, and Imtiaz Hussain Shah posted in Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa have been promoted to Grade-21.

Ali Jan Khan, Dr Naeem Rauf, and Dr Nasir Iqbal will be promoted to Grade-21.
Rafiq Ahmed Bariro and Abdul Waheed Shaikh appointed in Sindh have been promoted to Grade-21.

Islamabad Chief Commissioner Noorul Amin Mengal has been promoted to Grade-21.
